We aim to be Newcastle’s premiere stress free clinic, with all staff trained in methods of calm dog and cat handling, psycho-acoustically tested calming music piped through the clinic, calming pheremone diffusers throughout, treats on every counter, and lots of time for cuddles and reassurances so that your pet will want to come back and see us again and again, even if they have to have surgery or other procedures with us.
