Don’t leave dangerous objects lying around
Our pets mischievous explorers, a lot like little kids. They love snooping around and tasting just about everything. To avoid any mishaps dont leave anything that they could swallow at their reach especially sharp object or any possibly poisonous objects like plants or liquids.

To identify your pet you could give it a collar tag. These are easy and can add to your companion character. A metal or plastic tag with its name and your phone number in case he or she goes walkabout, gates and doors sometimes tend to be left opened.

Hygene is another important aspect of taking on a pet. Try to Comb your pet on a regular basis, especially if they have longish hair. Leaving a car window slightly ajar will help them with their breathing. This is ofcourse a last resort and you should always avoid leaving your pet locked in any small space, especially a car.
Regular visits to the Vet
Making visits to your Vet on a regular basis will ensure your loved companion stays in tip top shape. A vet visit will help avoid any illnesses and health issues. Get your vet to do a routine check on your pet to make sure everything is Ok.
